Insurance Information

Our therapists are in network with most major insurance companies.

Please note, however, that not all therapists are in network with every company.  This is due to the lengthy credentialing process for some companies or other factors outside of our control.  For a current list of all insurance companies accepted by the therapist you wish to see, please see their bio.

For pre-licensed therapists (LPCCs), they are billed under a clinical supervisor, so as long as the supervisor is in network with your insurance, you will be able to see that LPCC.

  • Beacon/Carelon

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • Health First Colorado (Medicaid)

  • Kaiser Permanente

  • Medicare (Including Aetna and Optum Medicare plans)

  • Optum Behavioral Health (including UMR)

  • Tricare

  • TriWest

  • UC Health Administrators

What to Expect with Using Insurance

If your insurance is one of the companies that your therapist is in network with, then we will collect your insurance information prior to the first appointment and bill your insurance directly.  You will be responsible for payment of any copay, share of cost, or deductible at the time of service.

Prior to your first session, as a courtesy, we will do our best to contact your insurance company to get an estimate of what your cost per session will be.  Please note that the final responsibility of ensuring that you understand your insurance, coverage and benefits does fall to you, the client, as it is not always possible for us to get accurate information on insurance benefits.

If your therapist is not in network with your insurance company but you have out of network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance company for some or all of the session fees.  In this case you will be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service, and your therapist will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Private Pay Rates

We allow each of our therapists to determine their own private pay rate.  These rates are determined by a number of factors, including the education of the therapist, their experience, and clinical specialties they may have extensive training in.

Please see the bio of the therapist you wish to see to learn their private pay rate, or feel free to inquire!
