Frequently Asked Questions

1
Do you offer free consultations to help me determine if a therapist might be a good fit?
We do! We happily offer 10-15 minute phone consultations to potential new clients, a great way to speak directly with a therapist you're considering working with and ask any questions you have that might help you determine goodness of fit.
2
What is the cancellation policy?
We respectfully request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There is a fee charged if this notice is not given, however we do waive the fee on a case-by-case basis if an emergency impacts your ability to attend session. If you are exposed to COVID or otherwise sick and not able to attend in person, you also have the option to switch the session to teletherapy if you still feel well enough to participate in session.
3
Is your office handicap accessible?
The Fort Collins location is somewhat handicap accessible. There is an elevator and the bathrooms have a handicapped stall, but there are no modifications made to make opening doors easier. If you need help with opening the doors, please let us know and we're happy to assist!
