What We Do
Each of our clinicians brings their own unique identity, training and work experience to the therapy room, and so not every therapist in our practice will work with every issue below. If you are interested in working with a particular therapist in our practice and are wondering if they address what you need support with, please reach out!
In general, our practice works with individual clients age 12 and up.
All of our therapists provide both in person and teletherapy.

We do not currently provide couples or family treatment.

Treatment Modalities
There are many treatment modalities used in psychotherapy, and as you might have guessed by now, not every therapist in our practice provides every modality listed below. Nor is every modality we practice listed here. This information is meant to highlight the most-asked for modalities that we provide rather than be all-encompassing (which would be hard to do!)
